My name is Marja Viitanen, and I am the Director of Commercial Sales. As a leader, I believe that collaboration and teamwork are the keys to achieving outstanding results. Your role & influence as Account Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving relationship-based sales by growing existing customer accounts, acquiring new clients, and ensuring long-term, profitable partnerships built on trust and collaboration.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of strengthening customer relationships and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate sales team but also with Sales Specialists and Vendor Partners to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.

- Increasing customer value through upselling and cross-selling
- Acquiring new customers and building long-term partnerships
- Ensuring strategic account development and customer satisfaction

This is what we imagine you bring to the table
We envision you as a curious and driven individual who is passionate about building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering results through collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking
- You have experience in B2B sales, particularly within IT solutions, with a proven track record in upselling and new customer acquisition
- You are proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital sales support tools
