The Solution Sales Specialist is responsible for driving Managed Services sales by managing leads from Account Managers, identifying and engaging existing and potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions to enhance their operations. The role covers the entire sales process, ensuring smooth progression towards deal closure and contract signing.

Your role & influence as Solution Sales Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving Managed Services sales and increasing awareness of Dustin Managed Services across Finland.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of Dustin Finland's Managed Services sales in a pivotal role, working closely not only with your immediate team but also with internal departments and external partners to drive growth.
Core activities:
- Generate and nurture the Managed Services pipeline together with Account Managers
- Coordinate internally with colleagues and teams to ensure successful deal closure
- Lead the sales process from initial customer meeting to contract signing
- Documentation skills, you are responsible for preparing quotes and presentations for customers

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on solution selling, building strong client relationships, and driving managed services sales to achieve measurable results.
Additionally, it's important that you have:
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- Experience with solution selling and managed services sales
- Technical skills relevant to understanding the customer needs and to design suitable Managed Services solution to the customer
- Proficiency in Finnish (both spoken and written) and English, as English is the primary working language at Dustin
