The Software Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales of SAM (software asset management) services and software products by identifying and engaging existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions to enhance operations. This role also involves managing ongoing software asset management services, projects, and tickets for named customers, utilizing SAM tools to maintain software inventories, generate actionable insights, and advise on cost-saving opportunities through license optimization and vendor negotiations.

Your role & influence as Software Sales Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving sales of Software and Software Asset Management products and services, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and optimize their software investments.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of Dustin Finland's Software Asset Management customers, ensuring successful SAM and software sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction, collaborating closely not only with your immediate team but also with internal departments and external partners.
Core activities:
- Generate and nurture software and SAM sales pipeline
- Manage ongoing SAM services, projects, and tickets for named customers
- Utilize SAM tools to maintain software inventories and provide actionable insights

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who excels in software and SAM sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that optimize software investments.
Additionally, it's important that you have:
- Experience with software and Software Asset Management (SAM) sales and consulting
- Experience in FinOps and cost optimization strategies is a plus
- Proficiency in Finnish (both spoken and written) and English, as English is the primary working language at Dustin
