Your role & influence as Director Commercial
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving the growth and profitability of our commercial customer segment by leading a high-performing sales team and delivering comprehensive IT solutions across hardware, software, and services.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering the commercial sales targets in Finland. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Marketing, Delivery, Online Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless collaboration and strong business results.
Core activities:
- Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy across hardware, software, and services to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth
- Drive customer and partner engagement by managing key relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring delivery of high-value IT solutions.

Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree level of working and thinking
- Solid experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams, managing budgets and P&L, and driving significant commercial growth in IT solutions
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and IT services
- You are resident near our office in Espoo, Finland and have a good command of the Finnish and English language
