The team is currently at a stage where structure and direction are essential; everyone works hard, but there is room to improve processes and insights. As the Team Manager of Networking Services, you will lead a team of 6 FTE, being at the heart of the team and helping to elevate it to the next level by coaching, guiding, and inspiring your team members. This role is for someone who enjoys building, isn’t afraid to be hands-on, and takes pleasure in creating clarity and cohesion in a dynamic environment. In this way, you can truly drive progress for both the team and the business.

Your role & influence as Team Manager Network Services
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading the Network Services team, coaching and motivating team members, and providing structure by aligning processes with Dustin’s strategic direction.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of achieving high customer satisfaction. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Sales organization and other departments across Dustin to ensure seamless collaboration and results.
Core activities:
- Motivate and coach team members to boost engagement, support professional growth, and create a high-performing team culture
- Manage capacity planning and develop dashboards to provide clear insights, improve efficiency, and ensure the team meets operational goals
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores by aligning team efforts with customer needs and driving continuous service improvements

This is what we imagine you bring to the table
We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on building and leading performing teams, creating structure, and driving both people and business forward.
Additionally, it's important that you have:
- Experience with at least 4 to 5 years in relevant roles, including positions as a lead, coordinator, or manager
- Excellent communication skills, stress-resistant, analytical, and strong in coaching
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to set up dashboards
- Knowledge of networking services
- The ability to speak Finnish & English is mandatory for this role
