My name is Pasi Peltola, and I lead the Managed Services and Software Solution Sales team in Dustin Finland. As a leader, I value a strong work ethic, determination, and self-initiative. My goal is to support you in achieving your best, helping you grow and succeed as a key part of our team and Dustin's ongoing success.
Your role & influence as Software Sales Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for developing and executing strategic software and software asset management sales initiatives, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth by leveraging Dustin's strong product and service offerings and established customer relationships.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of managing and expanding the customer software portfolio and increasing our net sales year over year. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments like Account Management.
Core activities:
- Initiate and maintain customer contact to build relationships and understand client needs.
- Present and explain software solutions in a simple, understandable manner.
- Generate and nurture software & software asset management pipeline in Finland.
- Systematically manage sales processes using various internal systems to track progress and ensure efficiency.

Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- Experience with software business sales, particularly with Microsoft M365 product lines and Adobe Cloud licensing. Knowledge of other software solutions is considered as advantage.
- Proven track record in new software sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Technical skills include a strong understanding of customer relationship tools.
