Your role & influence as Software Sales Specialist
Responsibility:
You will be given responsibility for developing and executing strategic software sales initiatives, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth by leveraging Dustin's strong product offerings and established customer relationships.
Collaboration:Together with your team, you take care of managing and expanding the customer software portfolio and increasing our net sales year over year. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments like Account Management and Customer Success Management.
Core activities:
- Initiate and maintain customer contact to build relationships and understand client needs.
- Present and explain complex IT solutions in a simple, understandable manner.
- Systematically manage sales processes using various internal systems to track progress and ensure efficiency.

- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.

- Technical skills include a strong understanding of IT service management and customer relationship tools.
