Your role & influence as Service Delivery Manager
Responsibility:
You will be given responsibility for ensuring seamless fulfillment of contracts and translating customer requirements into operational goals, acting as the crucial link between the customer and internal teams at Dustin Finland, while also managing pricing and product details in customer catalogues to guarantee agreement compliance.
Collaboration:
Together with your team, you take care of delivering exceptional service to our customers, collaborating closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Sales, Project Management, Operations, Purchasing, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all levels of the organization.
Core activities:
- Securing the SLA and proactively preventing breaches of contract
- Facilitating internal and external customer team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Managing product and price agreements to align with customer needs and company objectives

Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
