Together with seven excellent and supportive colleagues in Infrastructure and Operations, you’ll be responsible for Dustin’s Cloud transformation. The team works in 14-day sprints based on Scrum. This allows you to have a very high level of autonomy in your projects and have the full team’s support when needed.

Every 14-day sprint is kicked off with a 2-hour meeting, where you and your colleagues plan the next 14 days in the team. This provides you with influence over your tasks and work plan, as well as a clear direction and clear expectations. From there, you structure your days independently, and you can always reach out to your manager or colleagues for sparring.
Typically, you are given responsibility to work on a variety of projects within our Microsoft 365 setup such as assessments, planning, design, testing, security and technical documentation, implementation, and support. Among other things, you will also:
Implement and document existing and future state architecture
Monitor and analyse unified audit logs, security dashboards, SIEM and managed appliances
Troubleshoot and solve advanced and complex issues as they arise
Work closely with administrators, engineers, vendors, and users
Optimise and automate manual processes in O365 and EXO Powershell

In-depth understanding of the Implementation and administration processes to support the Office 365 suite of products (Azure AD, O365 Groups, Office.com, Teams etc.)
Understanding of MDM tools (Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite)
Experience with Exchange Online to include OME & S/MIME Encryption, DKIM, DMARC and SPF concepts
E-mail and security administration, phishing and credential harvesting campaigns, mitigation and collaboration with users and required teams to perform remediation
