In the role as Country Marketing Manager Finland at Dustin you are responsible for creating and executing on the tactical marketing plan for the Finnish market and be a part of influencing the European marketing plan and strategy. You will be part of a team of five skilled colleagues spread around the Nordics and the Netherlands. Through design, campaigns, events, activations, and storytelling we aim to create an emotional brand and a great customer experience.

About the position:
In the position as Country Marketing Manager Finland you will set the marketing mix on a tactical level for the Finnish market and plan and execute on marketing plans & activities (e.g. online campaigns, webinars, seminars and events) in alignment with local stakeholders and according to the overall Dustin strategy.
You will work closely with the local sales organization and the vendor teams to sell-in, align and execute on Dustin's partner marketing plans to set the marketing mix, and will be responsible for the activities we do with our partners and to find a good mix between branding initiatives and tactical- and performance driven activities. You will work with go-to market projects related to Dustin’s new offerings and be a project leader for various other projects.
You coordinate and plan different on-going projects, plan activities and campaigns together with our vendors and perform follow ups on those activities or campaigns. You will also write briefs to our inhouse teams or external firms and participate in meetings within MarCom. You plan events together with our Event Manager, collaborate on our content production and have a close collaboration with our sales teams.
You will take part in developing the Finnish marketing strategy and the Dustin brand and Dustin local branding and advertising plan in line with group strategy. You will drive local marketing learning activities and contribute to European marketing learning and local market research. You will follow-up on marketing budget and activities including weekly outlook and reporting to key stakeholders on execution and effect of marketing activities.
You will also be involved in and give input on the European marketing plan and activities and take that to your own market. You will execute on tactical projects on both a Finnish and European level.

4-5+ years of experience of B2B-marketing, previous work within the IT-industry is merited
Brand experience and proven results in campaigns, events and activation
Proven project managing skills and experience working with stakeholder management
Experience working with external agencies and vendors
Understanding and knowledge of different digital channels
Strong knowledge of the whole Office-package
Fluent in Finnish and English in both speech and writing
Previous experience marketing services and/or solutions is merited
Fluency in another Nordic language is merited
Academic degree in relevant field is merited, or equivalent working experience
